All sales from Fielding & Fables are final. Because each item is produced, packaged, and shipped with care, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and the packaging

We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost Packages

Fielding & Fables is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by USPS or other mail carriers once the package has been shipped.
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office for assistance.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

Please note: refunds will not be issued for accidental orders, buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction with personal preferences such as color, style, or content.
